Rodeo Registration Instructions
Before we begin, just a quick note . . .
Although we are offering step-by-step instructions below, all of the steps
are extremely user-friendly and we certainly do not want to give you the
impression that the process is complicated.
If at any time you have a question or comment and cannot find the answer
either on this page or in our FAQs, please feel to contact us and we will be sure to assist you.
We have offered this level of detailed instructions only to assist you
if necessary while completing the registration process. We trust that you
will find the 3-step process intuitive and very similar to other online
sites that you may have used to fill out forms or make payments.
This instruction page length may also be a bit deceiving as we have added
some "screenshots" of each of the 3-steps in the registration
process to be of further benefit by giving some visual representation to
the text.

Step 1: Rodeo Registration
A) Personal Information
- Completely fill in all required fields (denoted with an "*").
- Please be sure to mark the "Attendance" field for both yourself
and your Spouse/Guest.

- Pay careful attention to the "Email" and "Password" fields as they will be needed in order for you to login to My Rodeo in the future. (My Rodeo screenshot displayed below)
- Pay close attention to the spelling of your Email address to ensure accuracy.

B) Rodeo Activities Sign-up
- Select the activities that you and/or your spouse plan to participate in.
- Please keep in mind that you can edit the activities at any time up to
a TBD cut-off date (about a week before the event) in My Rodeo.
- Be mindful that you do not sign-up for activities that may have a time conflict (i.e. Men's Friday Golf and Men's Friday Tennis both occur over the same
time period).
- Once you have filled in all your contact data and signed-up for the events
that you wish to participate in, click the Register Me button, which will
allow you to preview your information for accuracy prior to completing
registration.
- After completing Step 1 of registration, a personalized Rodeo status page
called "My Rodeo" will be created for you. Here is where you
can view your registration progress and access next steps. (see the screenshot
below for an example)

Step 2: Rodeo Registration Fee Payment
- From My Rodeo, simply select the "Send" link next to "Rodeo Registration Fee Payment" (as shown
above) to begin Step 2 of the registration process.
- Then, select the how you would like to make your payment - either by Credit
Card or Check (see the screeenshot below for an example)
- If Pay by Credit Card is selected, you will be taken to our third party card services site for credit card approval - simply fill out the necessary fields and submit your payment; you will receive an e-mail confirmation and be returned to the Rodeo website for next steps. Instructions are also given for this option.
- If Pay by Check is selected you will be asked to fill out a comment text-box and agree
that you have read the instructions - we will be notified of your choice via e-mail and know that your payment will arrive by post.

- After completing Step 2 of registration, your "My Rodeo" status
page will be updated to look like the following: (see the screenshot below
for an example)

- You will also notice that a "(reset)" option exists in case an error was made during the registration process. Simply select the link to start the process over. However, please make sure that the transaction was not completed before
resetting, else you run the risk of paying twice. The best check for this is to see if a confirmation e-mail was received, but please fee free to contact us if you would like us to check on the status personally.
This problem most likely will happen when the process is started then stopped while in the middle of the process without fully completing all steps. Perhaps the process "timed-out" due to inactivity or the active window was closed before payment information was entered and submitted.

- Once you check the box and select the "I agree" button above,
you will be able to start the process over - error free.
Step 3: The Greenbrier Room Reservation and Deposit Payment
- Again, from My Rodeo simply select the "Send" link next to "Room Reservation Deposit" (as shown above)
to begin the final step of this Step 3 of the registration process.
- In this step of the process you will do the following: a) select your dates of attendance, b) select your desired room, and c) enter payment information for the room deposit.
- The only payment made at this time is the room deposit charge of $469.00.
Payment can be handled either by credit card or you can select the "Pay
by Company" checkbox, which will notify The Greenbrier that you or
your company will be sending a check via regular mail. (see the screenshot
below for an example)

- After completing the final payment portion (part c from the previous bullet)
for the room deposit, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and offered
a button to return you to the Rodeo website.
- Upon returning to the Rodeo website, you will have completed Step 3 of
registration your "My Rodeo" status page will be updated to look
like the following screenshot. (see the screenshot below for an example)

- Once you check the box and select the "I agree" button above,
you will be able to start the process over - error free.
Golf Foursome Sign-ups (if applicable)
- If you have signed up for any of the Rodeo-Sponsored golf events (either
the Ladies' or Men's Tournaments), you will need to submit your foursome
information to our golf Chairpersons for proper handling (the appropriate
golf Chairperson will be notified automatically by e-mail)
- The golf foursome sign-ups are also accomplished from "My Rodeo"
- Once in the My Rodeo status page, simply select the "Submit foursome" link next to the corresponding golf event (as shown above) to pull
up the Sign-up page (see the screenshot below for an example)

- Once you have filled out the form, just hit the Send button and the information will be automatically sent to the appropriate Chairperson for processing. The Welcome Brochure contains contact information if you need to make any special arrangements.
- Please note that each golfer must submit his/her own foursome information
in order to be properly accounted for prior to the event.
- If you find that you have made a mistake or wish to change your foursome, you will notice that after submitting a "cancel" link is made available to you. Once pressed, the Chairperson will
be notified that you have cancelled your foursome, and the link will then
change to "Resend" so that you can submit again when ready. (see the screenshot below
for an example)

- Lastly, please note that the deadline for submitting your foursome is August 27, 2010.
