Check Payment Instructions and Reminders

Once you click on the "Pay by Check" button you will be asked to submit any comments or special instructions that you would like to share with us along with verifying that you have read these instructions by clicking the checkbox provided.

Please submit your payment according to these instructions to ensure error-free processing:

  • Mail your printed registration form along with the registration fee check for $500 to The Rodeo Committee. If your company is submitting payment on your behalf, please make sure you provide that information in the "Comment/Special Instructions" text box provided.
  • Your registration form can be printed from "My Rodeo" at any time.
  • Make checks payable to The Rodeo Committee.
  • This fee CANNOT be combined with The Greenbrier room deposit.
  • This fee applies to ALL participants regardless of activities you choose to participate in (golf, tennis, etc.) This fee does not include Golf Fees. Pay these directly to The Greenbrier at time of play.
  • Submit payment and printed website registration form or confirmation e-mail to:

After completing the transaction you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the payment and have full access to the "My Rodeo" portions of the website.

Important Reservation Reminders

  • The deadline for both The Rodeo Registration (form and payment) and The Greenbrier Reservation (room reservation and deposit) is August 1, 2008.
  • Please refer to The Welcome Brochure for cancellation policies.
